Homes

Each home at Casa del Río is an expression not a template.

Rather than offering endless variations, we design a small collection of homes with clear intent. Each one is shaped by daily use and long-term livability, responding to different patterns of life over time.

The homes are distinct in layout and function, but equal in consideration offering different paths, not different priorities.

Del Mar is organized to balance shared space with clear separation.

Open living areas support connection through clear sightlines and easy movement, while transitions between spaces are deliberate and unhurried. As the home opens upward and outward, quieter zones are set apart allowing privacy without isolating from daily life.

The layout supports both togetherness and withdrawal, without prioritizing one over the other.

Rio Verde is a grounded, single-story home designed to support daily routines with ease.

With a generous bedroom count and a clear, efficient layout, it prioritizes short travel distances, defined zones, and straightforward flow. Spaces are structured enough to support everyday use, while remaining visually connected across the plan.

Everything is placed for consistency and clarity reducing friction and allowing the home to work steadily across the day.

The Justin is designed to adapt over time.

Its two-story layout separates shared spaces from private rooms, organized around a central stair that improves orientation and brings natural light into the interior. A flexible room near the primary suite allows use to shift as needs change from bedroom to office to secondary living space.

Upstairs, the primary suite is set apart from daily activity, with a private balcony providing distance from shared spaces below.

Each Casa del Río home offers a distinct way of living without hierarchy or pressure.
