Its location allows it to function as a bedroom, office, or quiet room while remaining connected to but distinct from the main living areas.

The primary suite is located upstairs, separated from daily activity below. Distance and elevation reduce noise and visual overlap, creating distance from the activity below when separation is needed.
A private balcony extends the suite outward, providing a secondary threshold away from shared spaces.
